Queen’s University Belfast is currently searching for a dynamic professional to join our team in China as the Business Development Manager. The position will involve the delivery of a fast-paced student recruitment strategy across the Mainland of China and Hong Kong & Macau. The role will be focused on recruiting for full-degree programmes (bachelors, masters, and PhD) at Queen’s, with some limited support for study abroad recruitment and partnerships.

This role is part of the China team, led by the Senior International Officer for China. The team is responsible for achieving ambitious student recruitment targets and supporting the broader institutional strategy in the region.

Job Description

This role will be a vital part of the China team, contributing to the attainment of global student recruitment targets in China by strengthening Queen’s agent network and providing support to institutional partners, international schools, and direct recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the agent network in the assigned region, ensuring efficient support, and delivering high-quality services. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating and providing operational support within the team.

 Salary

RMB 15,000 – 17,000 per month dependent on experience. Additionally, a full benefits package is available.
