
After scaling to 200 hotels across 16 brands, Ennismore is ending its co-CEO model and restructuring leadership for its next phase of growth.
Founder and co-CEO Sharan Pasricha will become founder and president, while co-CEO Gaurav Bhushan will become group CEO. Phil Zrihen, currently group head of the Americas, will become deputy group CEO.
“It’s a natural evolution as we continue to grow at pace,” Pasricha told Skift. “One of the biggest decisions we made was […] the appointment of Gaurav as our group CEO, who will be leading the charge and the strategy of this business going forward.”
The leadership change comes four years after Ennismore launched its joint venture with Accor. Since then, the company has expanded rapidly.
