Prism Acquires 10 Sonder Properties to Bring Belvilla Brand to U.S.: Exclusive

Prism-owned European vacation rental company Belvilla has entered the U.S. after acquiring 10 properties through the bankruptcy court proceedings of Sonder.

Of the 10 properties that Prism has acquired, three are already operational: The Dutch and Court Square in Long Island City, Queens, New York, and The Louie Hotel in New Orleans. All three are operating under Belvilla’s upscale urban brand, Belvilla District 6.

Belvilla’s own website does not yet offer U.S. bookings. However, Skift confirmed the transition through distribution channels.
