Delta CEO Ed Bastian said Tuesday it’s hard to see how President Donald Trump’s proposed 10% cap on credit card interest rates could be implemented.
“From our standpoint, we’ll be working closely with American Express, but I don’t see any way we could even begin to contemplate how that would be implemented,” Bastian said during a call with analysts.
