Wyndham to Launch Vienna House and Dolce Branded Residences in Ras Al Khaimah: Exclusive

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is set to debut the Vienna House Residences and Dolce Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, marking its push into branded residential living across the Gulf.

Dimitris Manikis, Wyndham’s president for Europe, Middle East and Africa, confirmed the projects in an interview with Skift, describing branded residences as “a new line of business” the company is bringing to the UAE — and one it believes has been overlooked at the mid-market level.

“I believe branded residences targeted at the middle class were neglected,” Manikis said. “Midscale and upscale branded residences is a place we feel very confident about.”

The Dolce Residences, being developed by BNW Developments, and the Vienna House Residences, being developed by Sugee Group, are part of a broader cluster of five Wyndham projects announced for Al Marjan Is
